Support Rooted In Empathy & Trust

Counselling To Help You Weather Your Storms

Sometimes, things in life feel too big and too hard to face alone. Counselling can help you better cope with your struggles, work through mental health challenges, face addiction, & find clarity, hope, and healing.

“If you are uncomfortable-in deep pain, angry, yearning, confused-you don’t have a problem, you have a life. Being human is not hard because you’re doing it wrong, it’s hard because you’re doing it right.”

Glennon Doyle

My Values

Confidentiality

Our work together is dependent on your TRUST in me. I will do everything I can to earn it.

Empathy

Holding space free of judgement allows for the emotional connection needed for a therapeutic relationship to feel safe. I believe empathy is the antidote for feeling less alone.

Inclusion

I am dedicated to providing a safe space for EVERYONE. You are worthy of support and care.

Acceptance

We all have diverse and unique experiences that inform how we perceive the world. I'm looking forward to learning about yours.

About Me

My wish is to offer counselling that reflects the unique complexities of you and your life. Everyone has a story, and I’m looking forward to hearing yours. Though I support ANYONE 18 and older, I feel passionate about providing ease-filled and accessible counselling for people within the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, as disproportionate mental health challenges and barriers exist. However you identify, I’d love to learn how I can support you.

At the moment, my services are predominantly virtual or by phone. In-person sessions are available in Pesikitk, Mi’Kma’ki (Windsor, Nova Scotia). I welcome a free 15-minute call before you make an appointment to get a sense of how we might work together. You can also email me with any questions.
